- the eating no sugar thing,
- drinking lots of water,
- exercising (dancing in my pjs) more regularly, and
- sticking to a budget I've drafted up so that rather than present me squandering money on chocolate and things I don't need, future me can use it to have fun. I'll thank me I'm sure.
