But I came away with a plan of attack! Unfortunately this involved such things as exercise and cutting sugar and takeouts from my diet. I was also to increase my intake of good fats, drink lots of water and do ten minutes of relaxation every day, as well as a whole host of other things but no need to overwhelm me just yet.
Today is Sunday. Thursday night I had Mexican for dinner. Saturday I went to a rugby prize giving with a friend and ate chocolate eclairs. Today I went to a 3 year old's birthday party and ate lots of cake and had delicious, delicious Rekordelig winter cider. There has been only average fats, normal amounts of water, and no relaxation whatsoever. And exercise? Does dancing to Billy Jean in my pjs count?
So, I am not doing too well.
I'm hoping by keeping this blog that I'll be accountable to myself and actually stick to hauling my life around. And while I'm at it, I thought, why not start actually looking after my financing and save up for a house? Or land and a tiny house? Or, much more excitingly, to fund my adventures as a travelling bum? And why not just become a better person all round?
So, hopefully, this blog will document my journey to becoming a saint! Or at least a happier, healthier and more at peace average human being.
Watch this space.
